Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
- Please send clear photos of the defect to Rabiya on WhatsApp for quick verification.
- A replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days after approval.
Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available for products with manufacturing defects when the exchange is not possible.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items — All custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Used or washed items — Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the buyer.
- Gift boxes — Once opened, gift hampers cannot be returned.
